I'm a UX/UI Designer located in New Jersey with a strong passion for assisting people in solving problems and enabling them to take charge. My journey into the UX/UI field has been greatly influenced by my everyday experiences. With a background of over 10 years in Customer Service & Sales, I've gained valuable skills, particularly in active listening and asking meaningful questions, which play a crucial role in user research – a vital part of the design process.

Beyond design, I'm also a freelance videographer and hip hop artist. When I'm not working, I enjoy quality time with my family, indulging in music, playing video games and catching up on sports.
